As the third generation 8t full-draft street cleaner of our company, QDT5164TSLE5 street cleaner adopts the national V standard Dongfeng chassis and is optimized based on the original dry street cleaner, which improves the product performance and inherits the advantages of the original products; compared with the second generation product, auxiliary suction is increased to vortically clean the floating dust, ensuring no raise dust during sweeping; it won’t need watering for cleaning by this cleaner, especially suitable for the north of China in winter and water-deficient area; compared with pure-draft street cleaner, this cleaner solves the problem that the curb is not cleaned thoroughly.
This type of car is suitable for the sweeping and cleaning work of expressway, ring road, urban main road, airport and wharf; the large tank volume of the car solves the transition dumping problem of small tonnage car in short time.
Performance feature
1. Auxiliary suction is increased to ensure no raise dust during sweeping;
2. unique dry and wet switching mechanism is adopted for all weather operation;
3. the structure is simple and reliable without water spraying and dust suppression system, so it has low failure rate and high reliability; it won’t need watering operation, especially suitable for the north of China in winter and water-deficient area;
4. the unique two middle sweepers are matched with the auxiliary suction, without causing raise dust;
5. the full-floating suction port makes the floating leveling along the road condition available, and the suction efficiency is high;
6. Exclusive triple filter dedusting system;
7. the simple stainless steel refuse container is adopted;
8. the cleaner will avoid the obstacle and can operate separately by sweeping left and right;
9. The tank lifts two power takeoff systems, and the power may be taken off via the supplementary engine; the power control cabinet of the chassis may be utilized for lifting, which facilitates maintenance.
